Cancellation Policy

At Massages by Cody, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect everyone’s time and ensure availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy is in place:

    •    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session cost.
    •    Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged the full session amount.

This policy helps us minimize last-minute openings and better serve all clients. We understand that emergencies happen, and we’re always happy to work with you when possible—just reach out directly.
